We the human beings have emotional and psychological impacts on our minds in day to day life. As we hit adolescence the stress and tension becomes more. In childhood it is also important to maintain mental health as part of healthy growth and wellness throughout aging.
It affects how we think and act in any manner at any occasion. In order to make good and better choices in life we must maintain our peace of mind. How we can cope up ? It is the sign of bad or good mental health.
Mental illnesses affect 19% of the adult population, 46% of teenagers and 13% of children each year.More than 18% of adults each year struggle with some type of anxiety disorder, including post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, generalized anxiety disorder and specific phobias. This is not a matter to ignore but to ensure the betterment of healthy mind.
If you are suffering from any type of mental depression or disorder it is not a matter of shame but you must talk about it and ask your friends and family to help you in coping up with whatever phase of life you are going through.
How can we help each other in maintaining mental health ?
- Providing access to behavioral and mental health services and programs.
- Building collaborative relationships between the school and students' families and communities.
- Spread awareness about necessity of mental health.
- Guide and help each other.
