Freedom

Freedom is our birthright but many of us become enslaved by the life of mediocrity. Influencing your mind through everything you see is not the case with being yourself. Of course, when we can not have a say we don't have any Freedom! As the clock rotates, time changes. As Heraclitus said,  Nothing is permanent except change. The World where human beings exist is a place that changes every second. Like today we see in the Covid time the people are losing their loved ones. The scenario which we see nowadays is a live example of vulnerability and uncertainty of life. One of the things that has captured my attention during this time of COVID is how our society is reacting to the rapid pace of change. Being in an environment today I totally believe that we should prepare our mind regarding the mishaps. As this is affecting the mind of people and this is a happened change ( a change caused by external factors).  The U.S.A study reveals the possibility of every third person having a mental disorder in this tough time that we all are facing.
