A Change

As the clock rotates, time changes.

As Heraclitus said, Nothing is permanent except change.

The World where human beings exist is a place that changes every second. Like today we see in the Covid time the people are losing their loved ones. The scenario which we see nowadays is a live example of vulnerability and uncertainty of life.

One of the things that has captured my attention during this time of COVID is how our society is reacting to the rapid pace of change.

Being in an environment today I totally believe that we should prepare our mind regarding the mishaps. As this is affecting the mind of people and this is a happened change ( a change caused by external factors). The U.S.A study reveals the possibility of every third person having a mental disorder in this tough time that we all are facing.

What interests me, and what I hope interests you, is our collective power to influence change. Right ?

If you think that  change is hard, then you’re right. Humans may engage in social change all the time which leads to perceptions at a greater level and also the disorders. All of this has led me to wonder, how did we expect the change we seek to happen ?

Other change we are facing today is related to technology.
Technology has changed our life at the greatest extent.
Let's take an example, millions of people today walk around with their heads tilted toward a small device held in their hands. Perhaps you are reading this on a phone or tablet. Right ?

Like everything has it's pros and cons technology has also the same. It's in our hand how are we using this. If we are using it for learning something it's obviously of a greater use but if we are spending a lot of time in playing games and having too much screen time then it will surely impact our eyesight.
Also,  the way we educate children in the classroom to the way we grow the food we eat, technology has impacted all aspects of modern life.

Conclusively, I must say that we should learn from a change rather than getting affected and having a stressful life.

Eating good food, not skipping a meal, balanced sleeping pattern, exercising daily, no bad habits like smoking etc and most importantly no stress, these are some common factors of healthier lifestyle. Photo by  Zac Durant on Unsplash Developing good habits like waking up early and having a scheduled day are the most impactful ways. Also, maintaining social relationships with good behaviour and meeting people with kindness is included in lifestyle management.  Wearing good clothes which makes you confident is also an important aspect of a better lifestyle. Not only these factors but also maintaining mental and physical health is the primary concern. Whatever we eat finally becomes a part of our body and it is important to follow a specific routine to remain healthy and avoid any disease which may hamper our physical and mental abilities. Focusing on eating habits must be the main goal to live a ...

Freedom

Freedom is our birthright but many of us become enslaved by the life of mediocrity. Although, many of us know Freedom as only living freely but it's not just like that, it has a greater meaning in itself.                                           image credit: David Simmonds on FreeImages In my point of view, freedom is being you, to be in your truest form, and to be in your own pace. Influencing your mind through everything you see is not the case with being yourself. Of course, when we can not have a say we don't have any Freedom! Many of us believe that it is the synonym of Independence for example to talk freely and act as we like. What do you say? In order to put yourself in a position of a responsible being, you must choose to speak where you are not able to find any liberty in any matter. To do almost anything without worrying about the safety of yourself and those you love....

In childhood it is also important to maintain mental health as part of healthy growth and wellness throughout aging. Photo by  Marcel StrauรŸ  on Unsplash It affects how we think and act in any manner at any occasion. In order to make good and better choices in life we must maintain our peace of mind. How we can cope up ? It is the sign of bad or good mental health. Mental illnesses affect 19% of the adult population, 46% of teenagers and 13% of children each year.More than 18% of adults each year struggle with some type of anxiety disorder, including post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, generalized anxiety disorder and specific phobias.
