Freedom

Freedom
is our birthright but many of us become enslaved by the life of mediocrity. Although, many of us know Freedom as only living freely but it's not just like that, it has a greater meaning in itself.

In my point of view, freedom is being you, to be in your truest form, and to be in your own pace. Influencing your mind through everything you see is not the case with being yourself. Of course, when we can not have a say we don't have any Freedom!

Many of us believe that it is the synonym of Independence for example to talk freely and act as we like. What do you say?

In order to put yourself in a position of a responsible being, you must choose to speak where you are not able to find any liberty in any matter.

To do almost anything without worrying about the safety of yourself and those you love.  Unlike, you don’t have to wonder whether you are going to live through the day as we see nowadays what's happening in few countries.

You can protest for what you believe is right and even if it's wrong you are able to express it.
You can have a religion to follow what you believe in, not what you are forced to believe in. Not being afraid to say what you believe, because nothing bad will happen to you.
If you do, it’s not a secret, is another great freedom we have.

One last example of what freedom means to me is being able to do many things without being forced into doing anything.
I might have to get married at a young age and start a family which I have no intention of doing at my age. My life minus freedom would equal being controlled with everything. When I don’t have the freedom I can’t do anything except for what the external restrictions tell me to do.

I believe that freedom is acquired when we can feel free- mentally, physically, and spiritually. Freedom to me means no one rules my life. I choose my own future.

Eating good food, not skipping a meal, balanced sleeping pattern, exercising daily, no bad habits like smoking etc and most importantly no stress, these are some common factors of healthier lifestyle. Photo by  Zac Durant on Unsplash Developing good habits like waking up early and having a scheduled day are the most impactful ways. Also, maintaining social relationships with good behaviour and meeting people with kindness is included in lifestyle management.  Wearing good clothes which makes you confident is also an important aspect of a better lifestyle. Not only these factors but also maintaining mental and physical health is the primary concern. Whatever we eat finally becomes a part of our body and it is important to follow a specific routine to remain healthy and avoid any disease which may hamper our physical and mental abilities. Focusing on eating habits must be the main goal to live a ...

A Change

As the clock rotates, time changes. As Heraclitus said,  Nothing is permanent except change. The World where human beings exist is a place that changes every second. Like today we see in the Covid time the people are losing their loved ones. The scenario which we see nowadays is a live example of vulnerability and uncertainty of life. One of the things that has captured my attention during this time of COVID is how our society is reacting to the rapid pace of change. Being in an environment today I totally believe that we should prepare our mind regarding the mishaps. As this is affecting the mind of people and this is a happened change ( a change caused by external factors).  The U.S.A study reveals the possibility of every third person having a mental disorder in this tough time that we all are facing. What interests me, and what I hope interests you, is our collective power to influence change. Right ? If you think that  change is hard, then you’re right. H...
